brave_carbonYou want to feel as one with your kart when wearing Rib Protection and Freeminds have designed and developed BRAVE, a new Rib Protector combining technology, comfort and performance, different from any other karting safety protectors.

The Freeminds Rib Protectors are made from a special composite sandwich that introduces the concept of DYNAMIC PROTECTION - providing not only passive protection against G-forces, but forming a 'second skin' that works in a dynamic way, giving the driver greater sensivity. All sharp edges are covered to ensure there is no damage done to your suit.

On today's kart market, there are two kinds of Rib Protectors - 'too Soft' and 'too Hard'. The first kind are comfortable but do not give much protection. The second kind gives good protection, but at the expense of driver comfort and sensivity.

Freeminds Rib Protectors have not only solved this problem, but also developed many strengths in other areas. They are truly innovative!

BRAVE Rib Protectors are available in ALUMINIUM or CARBON for Adults in sizes (1 - 2 - 3) or ALUMINIUM for Kids in Sizes ( K - 0).

SIDE PROTECTION - External shields in a special 'Aluminized Glass Fibre' or 'Carbon Fibre' that give dynamic protection along with greater sensitivity for the driver.

Freeminds Airflow & PaddingSIDE PADDING - The innovative air flow system is a canalization system that permits better air exchange between the body and the protection system. The Carbon type have holed padding for even better air circulation.

SHOULDER BANDS - Made from Nylon with a Velcro system for adjusting to fit perfectly to the body.

REAR PADDING - A bi-material sandwich and ergonomical design gives superior protection to the spinal column. The rear padding is shaped to accommodate the Velcro and Nylon bands, as well as being shaped for better contact with the kart seat. The Velcro closure system, along with the front Velcro elastic band allows for perfect adjustment for any driver.
